Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment. Final payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.

While we ensure the highest level of service, Check In Morocco is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or third-party service failures.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Marrakech.
